Cold Long Day... Me just Whining

So I woke up this morning at 7.30AM ON A FLIPPIN' SATURDAY!!! I decided to work this weekend instead of using my sick pay. I wish I didn't when I woke up this morning to snow and ice. I scraped the car off and started my long 10 hour work day. I thought I would have fun going to the movies with a client but I let her pick the movie and Shorts is what she picked. I usally dont mind and have a lot of patients with things, but no body's perfect and today was bad. As we went in I thought ok I can do this it is only 1 1/2 hours and i am sure it is not that bad. Well let me tell you....

not only was it sooooo annoying and long but my client slept the WHOLE TIME. So I really wished I could of just gone to a different movie if it was nap time. Any ways I dealt with it and thought well I will be going to another clients house later and we can do something more enjoyable. Well as I drooped of Client #1 and drove through the storm to client #2 I was looking forward to making dinner with her and then maybe watch some tv or play a game ( our Saturday's are pretty chill) I walk in to High School Musical 3 Blasting my ear drums out! OH SHIZ I thought I really need some help getting through this one. Well I mad it and now i am home Hopefully tomorow wont be as bad and I will be more positive. I guess I just need to whine!!!

Sewing Machine

I was at work and in our club house I saw this Sewing Machine sitting in the corner. After a few days

I decided to investigate who it belong to. Well after some time I discovered it belong to a client that

passed away some months before and it was donated to the Day service program. well I took a

look and it and noticed it did not have the power/ peddle cord with it

so i thought well i bet i can find one at the DI for cheap. Steven and I went there and looked and we

couldn't find one that fit

so i decided i might as well look and a sewing shop to see if they and a cord i could by new. Not

only did they have one but a used one so it only cost me $10 ya 10 smakaroos. I came home and

tried it and it works fine. I went back to work and told my boss and he said I could keep as

long as I use it for a work project a few times a year. Ok soooo I think this is the coolest ever

because I really wanted a Sewing Machine for Christmas and now I got one for $10.

OK mega UPDATES

YA I know I promised!!!! I would write but this whole Summer/Fall has been CRAZY so lets take it from the top. It will be a long post so I even included a table of contents LOL

OK well after our anniversary in August we started to prepair for our families to come.

her is the how the schedule was.

August 23 my family came from Sweden

August 25 Steven's mom Miriam came from the Netherlands

August 29 Lisa's family left

September 19 Steven's dad came Henk

October 2 Steven 23rd Birthday

October 9 Henk left early due to his mothers passing

October 9-11 VEGAS BABY

October 17 Mom left to go back home to the Netherlands

August 23 The Gardenkrans Crew

We had lots of fun with my family we went to all the site seeing as well as spent a lot of time with some of my dad's old track and field friends. My dad attended BYU a few years back as a big track and field star who later went on to the Olympics.

I was excited since I hadn't seen my family from Sweden in 5 years. And Steven also got to meet them for the first time. It was fun and crowded 7 people in our little apt. is very tight but we got to know each other very well.

August 25 Mama Heinrichs came!!!

We were so excited to have Mom here. I love her to bits and she made thing so much easier on me with having so many people here. We had so much fun with her the 7 weeks she was here. From Mom 'n Daughter talks to waking up to cinnamon rolls in the morning and having a lunch pack for me for work every day. to playing the penny slots in Vegas and countless of fun and embarrassing memories I was so great to have her here.

September 19 Papa Heinrichs came!

Henk came September 19 and it was great to see him. we had a lot fun spending time with him. We were also very blessed to be able to got to general conference together as a family. We were also sad that his mother passed away which causef him to have to cut his vacation short.

October 2 Steven 23rd Birthday

Steven Birthday was a big bash! He had no idea that we had planned a big surprise birthday party for him up in Heber at our family friends house. First we went out to eat a Daniele Summit restaurant and then we had a GREAT TIME partying the night away.

October 9-11 VEGAS BABY

We drove down to Las Vegas on a Friday and stayed all weekend. We had a lot of and we were able to go to The Donnie and Marie Osmond show, that was a lot of fun surprisingly for me.

We did all the fun Vegas things and saw all the fun stuff. It was a much need vacation.

One year down, forever to go!

Our anniversary was yesterday August 1st. And it was Amazing!

Steven let me sleep in and around noon I received a called.

get up lil' miss and get ready and then take a look at the table. As I got ready and went to See

what it was on the table I saw an envelope with my name on it. Right before Steven hung up he said I

love you and I will see you soon. As I opened this envelope there were two pieces of paper in it the first one said.

As I got in the car and drove to Chilli's Steven had made me a CD of sentimental song for me to listen to.

I walk in to Chilie's explained why I was there and they asked me why is Chilli's sentimental for you?

I explained that is were we had dinner on our first date and they gave me my second envelope

and it said

Where did we go after Dinner?

Go to the store that you found

me shoes!

As I made my way to the mall and went to the store we had bought him shoes I rememberd how funny it was that, that was how Steven got me to go our with him LOL.

The whole reason we were out was “to get me shoes.” I guess you got

more than you planned for. J

Well…we found some shoes… which give me sweaty feet, but that’s a worthy

sacrifice right?

As I made it in to the store and asked for my envelope the girl was asking me what dose payless have to do with your relationship?

I told her that's how my husband got me to go out with him is to give him a ride to the mall.

In the that envelope was this clue.

The movie we saw

…The Gameplan. Remember how you were sneaky and slowly moved closer and closer till you were sneaky and confident enough to touch

my hand? I don’t think you remembered much of the movie.

Side note Steven also was moving closer, but yes I did make the first move. I drove to the theater we saw the movie at and on the phone booth was another envelope with my name on it.

How we walked all the way from Old Mill to the temple…through the snow!! Boy was I freezing…but it was worth it!

Side note Steven hates walks after his mission.

Remember how you told me that as a European you didn’t like the American “dating game” and wanted to skip all that? J

So we did!

side note: We both liked eachother and thought it is lame how people drag things out.

at the bus stop there was another clue in that envelope it said

So I drove up to Chilli's once more and at our table steven was sitting and we had a wonderful lunch together.

After lunch we went home and relaxed and enjoyed having the day off and in the evening we went and saw Angels and Demons... one of our Favorit Movies.

We had a wonderfull anniversary and are so happy together. This last year has been full of happiness and trials. But both have brought us closer together.

I love you Steven and am soooo happy we are together forever.

Matthias Mission

My Wookiee lil' brother left on his mission on Friday and here is a pillow case Steven and I made for him. Also mom made a duvet cover that every one could sign as a good by gift he can have all of his mission.

We are very proud of Matthias or Elder Heinrichs and we love him LOTS!!!!

I am in a cook book!

I just found out today that my recipes has been selected for the Worldwide Ward Christmas cookbook.

I am so excited. I cant wait for it to come out so I can start planning my Christmas goodies.

I love the first edition of the Worldwide Ward cookbook which by the way my mother in law is in. I am so grateful that one of my recipes were chosen. HURRAY!!!!
